The Opportunity

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Estate & Facilities Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of warehouse and office facilities across Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This role involves overseeing maintenance, asset management, budget planning, and contractor performance to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities for all company properties
• Manage and optimize the use of assets and equipment
• Create and maintain budgets related to facilities operations
• Evaluate and manage external contractors providing services
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Property, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Experience in managing maintenance and repair teams
