Build the skills for this role
Build strength in statutory research, contract and commercial advice, risk assessment, and clear written opinions for non-lawyers. Practice interviewing stakeholders for facts and mapping precedents to business scenarios. No certification package is provided in the listing data.
Expect scenario questions on contract risk, regulatory interpretation, and advising a business unit under time pressure. Be ready to walk through how you gather facts, weigh precedents, and recommend whether to settle, litigate, or restructure a deal—framed for an in-house PeopleSearch context in Singapore (nationwide).
Strong fit if you enjoy commercial legal judgment, clear advice to operators, and office-based work in Singapore (nationwide) rather than full remote practice. Prior in-house or corporate counsel experience and comfort with regulatory and contractual issues will matter most.
