Position Summary
EOS Hospitality LLC is seeking a seasoned General Manager for one of their East Coast properties in New York. The ideal candidate will lead hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive departmental profitability. With at least ten years of management experience in resorts or hotels, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree, the successful applicant will oversee various hotel departments to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of all hotel departments
- Evaluate and improve guest satisfaction through proactive management strategies
- Monitor departmental profitability and implement cost-saving measures where necessary
- Develop and mentor a team of managers and staff members to enhance overall performance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to hospitality operations
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the hotel property
Requirements
- A minimum of ten years of management experience in resorts or hotels
