Enterprise Customer Success Manager - German Speaker at Synthesia in Munich, Germany, Germany (Full Time, No Remote)
Position Summary
Synthesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success for DACH, you will play a crucial role in driving Synthesia's future growth by building and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional client service and support, educating clients on the innovative AI video platform and helping them achieve their business goals.
- Work closely with sales teams to create a seamless onboarding experience for new users, ensuring a smooth transition into Synthesia’s products.
- Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-suite, to understand and address client needs effectively.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management, Client Service, Account Management, or Technical Account Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of managing a Book of Business along with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in risk management, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities within the customer base.
