About This Position
This is your entry role into GTM. You will join the commercial team at Augustus and learn the playbook for going to market. Your mission will be to scale one of our core growth channels by either running and scaling the outbound system, running fairs across the globe, building the sales enablement system, or building our referral partner engine.
Your Responsibilities
- Scale one of Augustus' core growth channels through various initiatives such as outbound systems, global fairs, sales enablement, and referral partner engines.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Engage with potential partners and customers to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record in sales or marketing roles within the fintech industry.
- Experience with outbound systems, event management, sales enablement, or referral partner programs is a plus.
- A deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances is beneficial.
