Position Summary

The Admissions Counselor – Quality Assurance Support Specialist position at Lifeskills Connection requires a dedicated professional to conduct outreach, recruitment, eligibility determination, and admissions functions. This role ensures compliance with government and management directives while providing support services to admission counselors and CTS. Reporting to the OA Supervisor/Project Director, this exempt position is integral in maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to identify potential candidates for programs
• Determine eligibility of applicants based on program requirements and policies
• Process admissions applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
• Provide support services to admission counselors and CTS in compliance with government and management directives
• Maintain detailed records and reports as required by the organization and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in admissions, counseling, or quality assurance preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with government regulations related to admissions and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
