About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Club Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with maintenance club members who are considering canceling their memberships, addressing concerns, reinforcing the value of our services, and helping retain long-term customer relationships.

Core Duties

• Proactively engage with maintenance club members at risk of cancellation to understand and address their concerns.
• Communicate the value proposition of our services to maintain member loyalty and retention.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Document interactions and outcomes for reporting and analysis purposes.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address member concerns effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
