About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same! As a Sterilisation Assistant / Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinical team. Your responsibilities will include assisting our dentists during a variety of treatments, preparing treatment rooms, ensuring equipment sterilization, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Core Duties

• Assist dentists during various dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms for use by the clinical team
• Ensure proper sterilization of equipment and instruments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental practice or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail for maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both patients and clinical staff
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
