Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a team of concrete finishers to ensure project timelines are met and quality is maintained.
• Inspect work for compliance with specifications and codes.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration during the construction process.
• Develop and implement safety protocols on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher or Foreman in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and standards related to concrete finishing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and other contractors.
