What This Role Involves

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving specialty coffees and teas

- Cleaning and maintaining the coffee shop equipment and area
- Engaging with customers to provide excellent service and build a positive atmosphere
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and culinary arts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Experience in food preparation is a plus
