Position Summary

We are Metropolitan Management Company, a company that takes pride in our high standards of integrity and is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic professional to manage a select group of our unique, mid-sized vintage properties. This role will oversee daily operations and maintain the charm of these iconic Seattle residences.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management activities including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Manage budgets and financial records for assigned properties
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Handle lease agreements and ensure timely rent collection
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with property management software and tools
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
