Senior Solutions Architect (Remote US)

Smiledigitalhealth is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect (United States) for a full-time remote position where you will help healthcare organizations unlock better data collaboration through modern platform technology.

What This Role Involves

As the Senior Solutions Architect (United States) at Smiledigitalhealth, you will play a central part in advancing the Health Data Fabric vision built on the company's FHIR platform. This remote US-based role positions you as a reliable client solutions expert who translates both technical architecture and commercial value so clients and prospects fully grasp the platform's capabilities. You will bridge complex system details with practical business outcomes while guiding organizations toward better structured data exchange and care coordination.

Core Duties

• Design and build customized proofs of concept that illustrate how Smiledigitalhealth solutions address specific client scenarios
• Deliver clear presentations and live demonstrations that highlight platform features and integration potential
• Produce detailed architectural diagrams and supporting documentation tailored to each engagement
• Capture and refine customer-specific requirements to inform solution alignment
• Assist in preparing thorough responses to RFPs, RFIs, and similar documents that outline migration paths for existing systems and data onto the Smiledigitalhealth platform

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in solutions architecture for enterprise data platforms and healthcare integration
• Working knowledge of FHIR standards and structured healthcare data management approaches
• Proven ability to craft technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture materials for diverse audiences
• Experience supporting the creation of RFP and RFI replies that address system adoption and data migration
• Strong client-facing communication skills that connect technical depth with business value
• Capacity to gather nuanced requirements and translate them into practical solution designs
