Core Duties

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses that support go-to-market planning and resource decisions.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to assess pipeline health, productivity, and investment returns.
• Monitor key GTM metrics, identify trends and variance drivers, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead annual and ongoing planning cycles for go-to-market functions, reconciling tops-down targets with bottoms-up inputs.
• Prepare clear management reports, board materials, and ad-hoc analyses that enable timely strategic choices.
• Improve processes, tools, and data quality around GTM finance to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

• Solid background in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with exposure to commercial or go-to-market workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and Excel or comparable tools; comfort with large data sets.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market dynamics, unit economics, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities; able to explain complex findings simply to non-finance audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; prior experience supporting growth-stage or high-velocity organizations is valued.
• High ownership mindset, curiosity about commercial drivers, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative New York, New York workplace.
