About This Position
As Sales Manager - Singapore you will take full ownership of the local sales agenda for Zenlayer, operating on-site in Singapore. The position is full time and centres on building a high-performing commercial presence, shaping market strategy and ensuring targets are met consistently. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to translate company goals into clear, executable plans that position Zenlayer as a preferred partner for customers across Singapore.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the Singapore market that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
- Identify, prioritise and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals that align with Zenlayer objectives
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accurately and present regular performance updates to senior leadership
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to refine messaging and positioning
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain CRM data integrity and enforce disciplined sales processes across all touchpoints
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role with demonstrable success in Singapore or the wider ASEAN region
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear, confident presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of local business culture and decision-making practices in Singapore
