The full-time position blends technical leadership with process design so that teams across the organization can quickly locate trusted content, reduce duplication of effort, and accelerate decision making through AI-powered knowledge solutions.

Core Duties

• Architect and govern an enterprise knowledge framework that incorporates AI for automated classification, tagging, and enrichment of content
• Build and refine intelligent retrieval experiences, including semantic search and conversational interfaces that draw on organizational data
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into structured, machine-readable assets
• Select, configure, and overhaul knowledge platforms so they deliver accurate, context-aware results at scale
• Define metrics and feedback loops that measure the quality, adoption, and business value of knowledge systems
• Champion AI ethics, data privacy, and information security standards throughout the knowledge lifecycle

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record applying AI and natural language processing to knowledge management or enterprise content challenges
• Hands-on familiarity with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, embeddings, and vector stores
• Experience designing taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or metadata schemas that support reliable discovery
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
• Strong analytical mindset paired with clear written and verbal communication skills
• Background in computer science, information science, library science, or equivalent practical experience
