Core Duties

• Support merchandising standards, visual presentation, and inventory accuracy through regular counts and replenishment processes.
• Help achieve sales goals by monitoring performance metrics, motivating the team, and addressing service or operational issues promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations to protect the store’s reputation and build loyalty.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, cash handling oversight, and basic loss-prevention practices.
• Contribute to associate training, scheduling support, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
