Rlb is hiring an HR Manager- 6 months FTC in Birmingham to deliver strategic and operational human resources support across multiple European countries on a full-time fixed-term basis.
The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

- Advise senior stakeholders on workforce matters and continuous improvement of HR services
- Coordinate key activities such as workforce planning and talent support as organisational needs arise
Qualifications
- Solid track record of managing intricate HR operations, ideally in multi-country settings
- Working knowledge of European employment legislation and its practical application
- Demonstrated success in interim or fixed-term HR Manager mandates
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-engagement skills for remote and on-site collaboration
- Relevant professional experience or qualifications that equip you for senior generalist HR work
