Key Responsibilities

• Supply clear answers to visitor questions about the parking structure and adjacent streets or buildings.
• Help guests resolve technical problems involving smartphones and the pay-by-phone payment system.
• Coordinate daily with coworkers to uphold quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and full compliance with state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk and stand for periods lasting up to 10 hours during a shift.
• Capacity to bend, crouch, reach, climb stairs when required, and lift loads of up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to remain outdoors for extended intervals, including entire shifts, while adapting to heat, cold, and other environmental conditions.
