What You'll Do

• Steer the global solutions engineering team dedicated to Workvivo-related programmes and engagements
• Shape and refine the overarching solutions strategy in close co-ordination with product, sales and engineering leaders
• Establish standardised processes for solution design, technical discovery and demonstration excellence
• Coach and develop solutions engineers across multiple regions while building a culture of continuous learning
• Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into clear technical recommendations for leadership
• Define performance indicators that demonstrate solutions contribution to broader business outcomes
• Represent the solutions function in senior planning forums and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Substantial experience leading solutions engineering, pre-sales or equivalent technical teams on a global scale
• Solid technical grounding in enterprise solution architecture and complex system integrations
• Proven capacity to influence senior stakeholders and communicate technical concepts with clarity
• Demonstrated success recruiting, mentoring and scaling high-performing technical groups
• Strategic mindset paired with practical execution skills in fast-moving environments
• Relevant degree in a technical discipline or comparable professional background
• Ability to work full-time from the designated location in Dublin (IRL)
