Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with end-to-end ownership of products or major features.
- Strong ability to translate business needs and user insights into prioritized product plans and technical requirements.
- Proven success collaborating with engineers, designers, and non-technical partners in matrixed environments.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in metrics, experimentation fundamentals, and data-informed decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influence without formal authority and for clear documentation.
- Familiarity with modern product development practices, roadmapping tools, and agile or iterative delivery methods.
- Self-directed problem solver who thrives when connecting strategy to execution and handling ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
