Your Responsibilities

• Perform and document ongoing assessments of patients in progressive care, noting shifts in vital signs, oxygen needs, and overall stability
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments according to protocols while verifying effectiveness
• Coordinate closely with physicians and the care team to update plans based on real-time patient responses
• Teach patients and caregivers about conditions, medications, and self-care steps that promote smoother transitions
• Act quickly on signs of deterioration by initiating interventions and escalating as needed
• Uphold unit standards for infection prevention, accurate charting, and a safe physical environment

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure that authorizes practice for the Multiple locations areas
• Active BLS and ACLS credentials expected for progressive care settings
• Background in progressive care, telemetry, or comparable intermediate nursing preferred
