What This Role Involves

This Level II NDT X-Ray Radiography Technician position with EBI centers on performing precise radiographic inspections of materials and components at the Graham, KY location. You will use X-ray systems to generate images that reveal internal conditions without harming the items under test, then evaluate those results against established acceptance criteria. Daily work combines hands-on equipment operation, careful interpretation, safety compliance, and clear communication of findings so production and quality teams can make informed decisions. The full-time schedule supports thorough coverage of inspection needs while maintaining strict radiation protocols required for industrial radiography environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust industrial X-ray radiography equipment to produce clear images of welds, castings, or other components
• Interpret radiographs or digital images and determine acceptance according to applicable codes and specifications
• Follow all radiation safety procedures to minimize exposure for yourself and coworkers during testing activities
• Document inspection outcomes accurately, prepare detailed reports, and maintain traceable records of work performed
• Calibrate film processors, digital detectors, and related instruments to keep equipment reliable and results consistent
• Coordinate with colleagues on inspection scheduling, method selection, and resolution of any technical issues that arise
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the radiography area and related storage spaces at the Graham, KY site

What We're Looking For

• Valid Level II certification in radiographic testing for nondestructive examination methods
• Proven background conducting industrial X-ray radiography work as a Level II NDT technician
• Working knowledge of radiation safety principles, shielding, and dosimetry practices
• Skill at evaluating radiographic images for discontinuities and correlating them to quality standards
• Strong attention to detail for setup parameters, technique development, and recordkeeping
• Ability to work full-time onsite as a Level II NDT X-Ray Radiography Technician in Graham, KY
