Qualifications

- Deep working knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), define.xml, and other regulatory submission components
- Proven track record leading statistical programming activities across multiple studies or programs as a Principal Statistical Programmer or equivalent senior role
- Strong understanding of clinical trial data structures, protocols, statistical analysis plans, and reporting requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills suited to a full-time on-site environment in Boston, MA
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
- Familiarity with additional tools such as R, Python, or SQL as complementary technologies is valued
