About This Position

Fasanara is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to own our entire marketing operation end-to-end. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—you will architect our marketing strategy and drive its implementation across the business. You'll be responsible for defining Fasanara's market presence, building our brand narrative, and creating the systems and content that communicate our value to our audience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Fasanara's business objectives
• Own the full marketing function, from strategy conception through campaign delivery and performance analysis
• Build and manage Fasanara's content marketing operation, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels
• Shape our brand positioning and market narrative in a competitive landscape
• Lead marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified business opportunities
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to demonstrate marketing impact on business outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to align marketing with company strategy

What You Bring

• Proven track record as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or equivalent senior leadership role
• Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth
• Strong background in content marketing and content strategy development
• Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives
• Comfort with both strategic planning and tactical execution
• Data-driven mindset and ability to measure and optimise marketing performance
• Ability to operate independently whilst engaging effectively with stakeholders
