Bar Manager

Heihotels seeks an experienced Bar Manager for our Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a full-time position where you'll oversee all aspects of bar operations and lead our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Role Overview

As Bar Manager at Kimpton Sylvan Hotel, you'll be the driving force behind an outstanding bar program. You'll manage daily operations, cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure every guest leaves with memorable experiences. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise all bar staff, setting service standards and fostering team development
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock controls to maintain product quality and profitability
• Create and refine beverage menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences
• Ensure compliance with all local alcohol regulations and licensing requirements
• Monitor bar financials, control costs, and maximize revenue within operational budgets
• Train staff on drink preparation, customer service, and company standards
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations and builds loyalty

What We're Looking For

• Proven bar management experience in a hotel or upscale hospitality setting
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beverage trends
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams

• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and bar management software
