Join Nouria as a Retail Operations Team Member at our CS.MA Danvers location (149 Endicott Highway) in a full-time position where you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of our retail operations.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to help drive operational excellence across our retail location. As a Retail Operations Team Member, you'll be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring our team has the support and resources needed to deliver exceptional service every day.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels
• Assist with store setup, maintenance, and cleanliness to create a welcoming customer environment
• Help coordinate staffing schedules and team coordination activities
• Monitor compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Support customer-facing teams with operational needs and resolve issues as they arise
• Contribute to loss prevention and security initiatives
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members
