PRISM+ is seeking a Corporate Sales Lead (Aircon) to drive air-conditioning product sales to corporate clients at our Bukit Jalil office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead our commercial sales strategy and build lasting relationships with enterprise accounts.
Position Summary
As Corporate Sales Lead (Aircon) at PRISM+, you will direct the sales of air-conditioning solutions to corporate and commercial clients across the Bukit Jalil area and beyond. You'll develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, mentor your sales team, and drive revenue growth whilst representing PRISM+ as a trusted partner in the HVAC sector.
What You'll Do
- Identify, pursue, and convert new corporate clients requiring air-conditioning systems and solutions
- Develop customised proposals and quotations that address client specifications and budgetary constraints
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and project handover
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate accounts to ensure retention and account expansion
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff, fostering team capability and performance improvement
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and industry developments to refine sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for management
What We're Looking For
- Established track record in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in air-conditioning, HVAC, or mechanical systems industries
- Consistent achievement of sales targets with a proven ability to build and manage a strong client base
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior decision-makers confidently
- Technical understanding of air-conditioning systems, installation, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a sales team structure
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales management tools
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellence
