Your Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear, compelling AI strategy aligned with company objectives and business growth
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and machine learning specialists
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply artificial intelligence across products, operations, and customer experiences
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions and systems at scale
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize impact and return on AI initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership on digital transformation and innovation strategies
• Monitor advances in AI research, emerging technologies, and industry trends to maintain competitive edge

What You Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or related technical fields
• 5+ years in leadership, team management, or strategic roles within AI organizations or technology companies
• Proven track record delivering AI projects at scale from conception through production deployment
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and modern AI frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts for business stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive measurable business value
• Experience building, scaling, and retaining high-performing technical teams in dynamic environments
