About This Position
As a Tennis Instructor with MyTennisLessons, you'll work directly with our diverse student base, offering both one-on-one private lessons and small-group classes. You'll travel to various coaching venues around Norfolk to meet students where they prefer to learn. Responsibilities
- Conduct private lessons tailored to individual student needs and goals
- Lead small group classes for students at different ability levels
- Design and prepare customized lesson plans based on student progress and objectives
- Provide hands-on coaching with an emphasis on technique, strategy, and game fundamentals
- Work across multiple coaching locations throughout Norfolk
- Assess student performance and adapt instruction methods accordingly
