Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing campaigns that support sales objectives and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with corporate goals and regional needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage event logistics and on-site execution for various marketing events, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of marketing activities and outcomes, providing regular reports to senior management.

Who We're Looking For

• A candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing roles, ideally within the technology or defense sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential, with proficiency in French being highly desirable.
