Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from identifying staffing needs through successful candidate placement
- Source qualified healthcare professionals using both internal networks and external recruiting methods
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match their qualifications with open positions
- Recommend top candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the placement process
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill critical nursing, caregiving, and support roles
- Maintain candidate tracking records and keep current on staffing trends in healthcare facilities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing roles
- Strong understanding of nursing home and assisted living facility staffing needs
- Proven ability to source, screen, and evaluate healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
