About the Role
As a Resort Support Attendant, you'll play a crucial part in our daily resort operations by ensuring our pool areas and common spaces are ready for guests. You'll prepare our guest areas each morning and secure them each evening, making sure everything is in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform pool opening procedures each morning, including unlocking gates and preparing the area for guests
- Execute closing procedures in the evening, including securing all gates and common area access points
- Place and remove heat retention covers on resort pools on a daily basis to maintain water temperature and conservation
- Lock all common areas throughout the resort to ensure guest safety and security
- Maintain cleanliness and secure conditions in pool and common areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work opening and/or closing shifts reliably
- Physical capability to handle pool covers and perform manual opening/closing tasks
- Strong attention to detail in securing facilities and following resort procedures
- Dependability and willingness to work as part of a resort hospitality team
- Comfort working in outdoor environments and around water areas
