About the Role

You'll serve as a key driver of O'GARA's Pre-Owned Operations team, tasked with identifying, evaluating, and acquiring exceptional exotic and ultra-luxury vehicles that enhance our inventory and meet our rigorous standards. This high-visibility position combines market strategy, vendor relationships, and hands-on sourcing to build a portfolio that reflects our reputation for excellence and exclusivity.

What You'll Do

• Source pre-owned exotic and ultra-luxury vehicles through auctions, private sellers, trade networks, and strategic partnerships
• Analyze market conditions and competitive pricing to identify acquisition opportunities and guide inventory investment decisions
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with dealers, collectors, and auction houses to achieve strategic pricing and margin targets
• Manage vehicle documentation, inspections, title transfers, and regulatory compliance throughout the acquisition lifecycle
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and provide market intelligence to leadership on trends and acquisition priorities

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in vehicle acquisition, procurement, or sourcing within the luxury automotive or collectible market
• Expert-level understanding of exotic and ultra-luxury vehicle brands, models, condition standards, and valuation
• Proven negotiation and relationship management skills with auction houses, franchised dealers, and private collectors
• Strong organizational discipline, communication, and ability to manage complex transactions independently and collaboratively
