Senior Production Planner

About the Role

As a Senior Production Planner, you will own master scheduling, material movement, and day-to-day production coordination across multiple manufacturing lines. This is a six-month contract with temp-to-perm potential, paying up to $55.00 per hour, with an immediate (ASAP) start. The position is on-site in Franklin, MA and is not remote. Eligible candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master production schedule to balance demand, capacity, and lead times.
• Coordinate material flow so the right components arrive when each line needs them, minimizing shortages and delays.
• Drive production coordination across multiple lines in a high-mix, fast-paced environment.
• Partner with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to keep build plans achievable and current.
• Monitor schedule performance, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust plans as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Planner or Senior Production Planner in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-mix production environments.
• Strong command of master scheduling and material planning practices.
• Sharp coordination and communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
