Core Duties

• Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality as they arrive
• Manage the host stand, including reservation systems and seating charts
• Seat guests promptly and ensure dining areas remain organized and inviting
• Answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate with kitchen and server teams
• Monitor wait times and keep guests informed of dining availability
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entryway
• Support restaurant operations and assist with related duties as assigned
