Shift Supervisor

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in Hinckley, Medina County. In this full-time position, you'll oversee daily store functions and guide a team dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers.

Position Summary

As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health in Hinckley, you'll take charge of your shift and ensure smooth, efficient operations across all store departments. You'll support team members, maintain high standards for customer service, and uphold the operational and safety practices that keep our store running effectively. This role reports directly to store management and is essential to the success of our Hinckley location.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates during assigned shifts, providing coaching and support
• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise displays
• Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety standards
• Assist with scheduling and coordinate staff availability for optimal coverage
• Monitor cash handling procedures and manage point-of-sale operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Report operational concerns and performance metrics to store management
