About This Position

This is a part-time Store Associate role at The Finish Line's Warwick location. You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the right athletic footwear and apparel to support their active lifestyles. Whether customers are shopping for training shoes, everyday sneakers, or performance apparel, you'll provide knowledgeable, personalized assistance that turns shoppers into loyal customers.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers with genuine enthusiasm, understanding their needs and recommending products that match their lifestyle and goals
• Demonstrate product knowledge across athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories to help customers make informed decisions
• Assist with sizing, fitting, and product comparisons to ensure customers leave with the perfect fit
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system while maintaining a friendly, efficient checkout experience
• Maintain store presentation by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and keeping displays visually appealing and on-brand
• Support inventory management, including receiving shipments and performing regular stock counts
