Role Overview

Join Hirschbach Motor Lines as a CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver and operate modern fleet equipment on reliable, dedicated routes. You'll be based in Camp Point, Adams County, with primary operations in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina. As a dedicated driver, you'll work consistent routes without the uncertainty of over-the-road trucking, building strong working relationships with dispatch and logistics teams who understand your schedule and priorities.

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial truck equipment on assigned dedicated routes
• Maintain full compliance with federal motor carrier safety regulations
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Deliver freight on schedule while maintaining safety and customer service standards
• Maintain accurate logbook records and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates and vehicle status

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL A)
• Commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record and clear background check
• Knowledge of federal and state transportation safety regulations
• Ability to be available for six days of dispatch weekly
• Strong commitment to safety and professional driving practices
• Reliable communication and problem-solving abilities

We offer an availability incentive program that provides an additional $100 per week when you maintain full availability for dispatch ($1,450 annually). This availability incentive pay is subject to program restrictions and is inclusive of any per diem pay.
