What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy email campaigns across multiple segments and channels
• Manage email marketing automation workflows and customer journey mapping
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and product to develop campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and landing pages to optimize engagement and conversions
• Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations and industry best practices
• Monitor deliverability metrics and implement improvements to inbox placement and sender reputation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and report on campaign performance
• Solid understanding of email segmentation, personalization, and best practices
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• HTML/CSS knowledge or willingness to develop these skills is a plus
