Role Overview

Prime Time Healthcare connects specialized Allied Health professionals with healthcare facilities nationwide. As a Radiation Therapist on this travel assignment, you'll work 40 hours per week on day shifts, providing essential therapeutic radiation services to cancer patients. What You'll Do

• Position patients and operate radiation equipment with precision to deliver targeted cancer treatment
• Review patient charts and collaborate with oncologists to verify treatment protocols

• Communicate compassionately with patients about procedures and address their concerns

Qualifications

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiation Therapy
• Valid unrestricted Iowa state radiation therapy license
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical radiation therapy experience
• Strong knowledge of tumor anatomy, treatment protocols, and radiation physics
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new clinical environments
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Willingness to travel and relocate for a 13-week assignment
