The Senior Risk Manager, Change and Integration plays a crucial role in our organization's transformation efforts. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies for organizational change initiatives and system integration projects
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential impacts on operations, compliance, and client service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk mitigation plans and monitor implementation
• Maintain documentation of risk evaluations and escalate critical issues to senior leadership
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure change initiatives maintain compliance standards
• Provide guidance to project teams on risk-related best practices and integration considerations

• Extensive experience in risk management, particularly within financial services or large enterprise environments
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and/or system integration projects
