Role Overview

You'll combine product expertise with operational excellence, managing everything from order intake and safe loading to tailored delivery coordination and post-sale support—all designed to help contractors and commercial clients succeed on every project.

Your Responsibilities

• Process Pro customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet tight project timelines
• Oversee safe loading operations and coordinate logistics for professional accounts
• Recommend products aligned with contractor and commercial project requirements
• Build lasting relationships with key Pro customers and accounts
• Support customers across the full lifecycle—from initial consultation through project completion
• Maintain current knowledge of product availability, specifications, and solutions

What We're Looking For

• Background in customer service, sales, or account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities simultaneously
