Quick Lube Technician

Santa FE Mazda is hiring a Full-Time Quick Lube Technician to support our service department at our Agua Fria location in Santa Fe County. If you're an automotive professional with ASE certification or technical training, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Quick Lube Technician at Santa FE Mazda, you'll perform essential maintenance and diagnostic work that keeps vehicles running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where you'll work directly with automotive systems, perform safety inspections, and ensure every vehicle meets our high service standards before it leaves our facility.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive system diagnostics and verify that all vehicle check systems are functioning correctly
• Perform oil changes, fluid level checks, and other routine maintenance services
• Operate and test vehicles on our lot to confirm proper operation and identify any concerns
• Document findings accurately and communicate results to service advisors and customers
• Maintain organized, clean workstations and follow all safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Strong automotive background with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance or repair
• ASE certification or completion of an automotive technical degree or training program
• Ability to diagnose vehicle systems and communicate technical findings clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles safely

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. After one year of employment, you'll earn three weeks of paid time off annually to help you maintain work-life balance.
