What This Role Involves

As a Fitness Counselor at EōS Fitness, you're the first point of contact for members exploring their fitness options and membership plans. You'll combine genuine enthusiasm for wellness with solid communication skills to guide prospects through their fitness journey, from initial consultation through membership enrollment and ongoing support. Your role bridges the gap between members' aspirations and the resources our facility offers, making fitness accessible and motivating for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct membership consultations and fitness assessments with prospective and current members
• Recommend personalized fitness programs and classes aligned with member goals and experience levels
• Communicate membership options, facility amenities, and program benefits clearly and enthusiastically
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members to encourage retention and community engagement
• Answer fitness and facility-related questions with confidence and professionalism
• Support members in getting started with gym equipment and class schedules
• Contribute to a welcoming, upbeat gym environment that reflects EōS Fitness' motivating culture
