Enterprise Account Executive

SHI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in Lansing, Ingham County. This is a full-time role where you'll drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with our most strategic clients, leveraging IT solutions and services to solve their most complex business challenges.

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive at SHI, you'll take ownership of existing enterprise accounts and develop new business within your assigned territory. You'll be the primary point of contact for C-level and IT decision-makers, translating their business needs into tailored technology solutions. Your strategic account management and consultative approach will directly impact client satisfaction and SHI's continued growth in the Lansing market and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, identifying expansion opportunities and upsell potential within existing accounts
• Develop account strategies and executive business plans aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with SHI's technical teams and solution architects to design and propose comprehensive IT solutions
• Present proposals and solutions to senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Track all client interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
• Build long-term partnerships by ensuring client success and addressing concerns proactively

Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise sales, account management, or business development roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales methodologies
• Understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, or technology services markets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel locally within your territory as needed
