Corporate AI Facilitator

Houlihan Lokey is recruiting a Corporate AI Facilitator for our Atlanta, Steuben County office. This full-time position will lead our organization's artificial intelligence adoption strategy, helping business teams across the firm integrate and leverage AI technology to enhance advisory capabilities and operational excellence.

What This Role Involves

In this pivotal role within our Human Capital Group, you'll serve as the primary catalyst for AI integration across Houlihan Lokey. You'll work to embed AI capabilities into how our professionals deliver investment banking and advisory services, guiding teams through evaluation, implementation, and optimization of AI technologies. You'll be instrumental in building organizational competency and ensuring our firm stays at the forefront of AI-enabled financial advisory.

Your Responsibilities

• Champion and oversee AI implementation projects and initiatives across multiple business units
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to staff on AI tools, applications, and industry best practices
• Partner with teams to assess current workflows and identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Conduct evaluations of emerging AI platforms and solutions for organizational fit and value
• Develop and communicate AI adoption frameworks, guidelines, and governance policies
• Advise leadership on AI trends, strategic implications, and readiness requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI—including both technical foundations and business applications
• Proven track record driving organizational change, technology adoption, or large-scale transformation projects
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical topics to executive and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated success building cross-functional partnerships and collaborating with diverse teams
• Strategic mindset paired with strong execution and project management discipline
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, economics, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
