Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom technology equipment, software, and learning platforms used by teachers and students
• Assist educators with implementing educational technology and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Maintain and manage school technology systems, networks, and digital resources
• Respond to technology support requests from staff and address urgent technical issues
• Help coordinate professional development or training for staff on educational technology tools
• Monitor and maintain student-facing digital platforms and learning management systems

Qualifications

• Experience working with educational technology, school IT systems, or technology support roles
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with technology hardware and software
• Knowledge of common educational software platforms and learning management systems
• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
