Infusion Nurse – Part time – 1-2 days/week

What This Role Involves

As an Infusion Nurse at Suite Life Health & Wellness, you'll work in a modern outpatient infusion center focused on creating a comfortable and collaborative care environment. You'll manage the full spectrum of infusion nursing—from patient intake and assessment through IV access, medication administration, and patient monitoring—while building lasting relationships with patients and contributing to a supportive clinical team. The Westfield location emphasizes smaller patient volumes and relationship-based care, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence and patient safety without the high-acuity stress of hospital infusion settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients before and during infusion therapy; monitor vital signs and clinical response to treatment
• Establish and maintain venous access; administer prescribed medications and infusion therapies safely and accurately
• Educate patients about their treatment plans, potential side effects, and self-care at home
• Document patient interactions, treatment responses, and clinical observations in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical pharmacists, and other team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
• Proficiency in IV access, medication administration, and infusion therapy techniques
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to recognize and respond to patient changes
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based practice standards
• Prior infusion center or ambulatory nursing experience is valued
