BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for flexible part-time work in Spring Lake, New Jersey, providing 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy with a young child with autism.

Join BehaviorCare Therapy as an ABA Therapist or RBT delivering direct, individualized behavior intervention services to a 4-year-old boy with autism in his home in Spring Lake. This part-time position fits perfectly if you're seeking to add meaningful work hours to your current employment or school schedule, with a predictable weekly commitment of just two afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy sessions in the client's home, implementing individualized treatment plans
• Carry out behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress throughout each session
• Document session activities and observations according to clinical team standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and the broader care team to support the child's therapeutic objectives
• Maintain a supportive, patient presence during all therapy interactions

What You Bring

• Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or equivalent ABA therapy credentials
• Hands-on experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges
• Ability to implement treatment protocols accurately and document client observations
• Availability to work Mondays and Fridays from 3:15 PM to 6:15 PM at the client's Spring Lake residence
• Strong interpersonal skills and authentic commitment to supporting child development and wellness
