Property Manager

Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in North Haven, Connecticut, where you'll oversee the full spectrum of operations for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on tenant satisfaction and property performance.

Role Overview

This position centers on comprehensive property management across mixed-use assets. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned residential and commercial properties
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations and safety codes
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and report on property financial performance
• Schedule and conduct regular property inspections
• Coordinate lease agreements and tenant move-in/move-out procedures
• Maintain detailed property records and documentation
